Very fun way of learning the conway’s game of life rules!

This is a really clever concept with simple, intuitive gameplay. Overall it's quite fun. Also nice to see that someone else went with s7 + Raylib, in my experience it makes it super easy to port to the Web.

I wasn’t able to solve level 3. Is it possible?

Developer

It is! All of the puzzles are possible, although I noticed I made quite a big jump in difficulty on level 3.

SOLUTION SPOILER AHEAD:
Try making a dice symbol of 5  but without the bottom right dot.

Thanks for the hint! I was able to solve the rest of the levels pretty quickly after that. :)

Neat idea! Simple but pleasant presentation. It crashed a few levels in but I was getting to the point where I'd have to refresh my memory on the game of life rules anyhow lol.

Love the idea! Very clever puzzles.

Not bad for having changed languages halfway thru the jam.

I really, really like this game – unfortunately, it keeps crashing for me in Firefox and Chrome, and it doesn’t work at all in LibreWolf. I hope you figure out what’s causing that issue because I’d love to play it more!

Developer

dang it! good to know. It's a game engine in the making, so now that the jam is over I can use some time to fix the crashes.

It sure does sometimes crash quite a bit on my end.

Developer

dang it :(
good to know though. I'll have to investigate a bit further on why this is happening

I’m on firefox 126 If that can help.
