Ok I know like no one will see this comment as I posted this like 9 days after this ended, but im wondering if anyone played long enough to find the secret boss in the game
pretty fun! like papa's pizzeria a bit. the ingredients spewing out of you in every direction when you get hurt is really funny, and also really annoying! but we need annoying things in games.
overall very cute and pretty dope that you managed to get two games in one completed for a gam jam. good job!

Took me a moment to realize I needed to press Z to do things, but this is a fun game! I wasn't able to beat it because my time is a little tight, but I would recommend letting the player run across the map a little faster. I didn't bring any dough back from my voyage and all the customers were mad at me :(((
This is an interesting combination of 2 not-so-commonly-associated things, and it works pretty well.
The cooking is fairly straightforward once you figure out the controls, and the platforming is simple but cool with the added ingredient collection mechanics (though are you supposed to be able to jump higher or something? You can't reach like half of the map because your jump height is so short).
The art is pretty simple as well, but it seems to compliment the more relaxed tone of the game. Nice job overall!
You can upgrade the jump to be able to reach new places, that's the point of the upgrade system
