This was pretty cute! I would have liked the ability to click and drag to place multiple tiles (if this feature existed I couldn't get it to work) but overall a v nice couple of hours and the art was hecking adorable.

I don’t think this fit the theme very well, and didn’t really feel like an incremental game imo, but a fun experience nonetheless.

my worker's energy went to -10 and now he's useless :(

Hmmm, that's interesting.  I guess I never made it clear, but an alternative to resting to gain energy is to drag food items onto the characters. I believe if you drag some grass/grubs onto the character then that will give it energy (and eat them)

Overall ok fun game, a nice expansion on top of communal cauldron with the ability to place down tiles to affect what buildings do, I wish it were expanded upon more apart from getting resources but the time limit is tight.

I'm not sure how well it adheres to the theme. There is an energy mechanic to be sure but I'm not sure what mass is supposed to be

Since the theme was "Energy equals Matter", I decided that energy would produce 'matter'. But what is matter?

mat·ter

noun

  1. 1. physical substance in general, as distinct from mind and spirit; (in physics) that which occupies space and possesses rest mass, especially as distinct from energy.

From that definition, matter is basically anything that is tangible. Grass is matter, shoes are matter. If you touch it, it is matter. This whole game is about trading energy for tangible items.

Yeah, I see that now, very nice take on "energy"
