I loved the juxtaposition of the exaggerated walk cycle animation and the cold horror like background music. Great job!

I also got the bug where, when you buy a triple hook, it sets your inventory back. The second time I did it, I did it with 0 hooks in my inventory, and when I went back to the fishing hole, pressing space didn't let me fish.
It's a good concept, I LOVE your fish designs, especially the lolligo frixum and great crawler. The game loop is good and I like all the extras. The main character has a cool design and I like how he walks n_n
Yeah that bug is indeed the only troublesome one, I will have it fixed for sure

I believe I might've run into one of the bugs you mentioned, as I could not hear any music or SFX while playing the game. I don't blame you though, as most likely it was because I am using Opera, and lots of web browser stuff really doesn't like it for one reason or another. I love the art of the main character and the ship interior, but I swear I could not see any fish I was catching either.
Either way, this is a great submission! Hope you continue to work on the project!

Yes, I indeed have found out that some Browsers don't really like my game.
It's not even browser based it seems, as my friends all used Chrome and some could hear everything while others couldn't.
I believe it's just an issue with how html games on Itchio work
I like the art of the fish and the radio music when unlocked :3 I enjoyed it, I unlocked all the funny hats.
I did find a few bugs like IF I have 0 hooks and bought the 3x hook, my inventory hook goes to -2. And IF I bought multiple 3x hooks, only 1 could be used.

In the first instance it's indeed a bug, I'm sorry it happened :(
While the second issue, it is stated in the shop that you can use only 1 triple hook at a time, even tho now that I think about it, I think you can just fish with the triple hook, buy another one and just go fish again (and repeat again)

My plan right now is to fix all the bugs, add / implement everything I planned and IF it seems worth it, expand it.
