A very nice little tool to browse sound files and then copy them into the project.
Great idea.
With longer filenames the display is a bit too small.

What I would still wish for:
- Keyboard control for fast browsing and playback.
- Play time display.
- Remembering the last position for source and destination when exiting / starting the program.
- Marking if a file with the same name already exists in the media folder.

I finally got to test it on a PC and I can confirm that everything is working fine. The main digital display is a nice touch, and that's some cool programming behind the red button that can be used to scroll through the files, and also play them. As mentioned in a DM I think the source/media buttons both have a very similar meaning, and if you didn't read your instructions (like I didn't) then you can load the files with the wrong one which causes issues.

i mean to write something similar someday where the idea is a time-saver so nice work beating me to it :) the retro look of yours is great but i dont think it suits this tool  as it causes some limitations, some of which could be alleviated if we could maximize the window.

meanwhile, it does what it says on the box and i'm looking forward to any updates you might make; a couple on my wish list:

  • let the text scroll the entire filename (marquee style) where a lot of sound packs contain similar names so we could use "all" of the filename to help find what we are looking for. the scrolling text notion would fit the theme of the design so i think it would be a nice addition all the way 'round.
  • i mostly use .ogg so support for additional file types would be welcome.

nice work, dewarin. thanks for sharing Rokset!
