This was such a great game. The music and art were spectacular, and I managed to finish the demo because of how addictive this was.

The decors and gameplay might feel a bit repetitive after a while, but that's really the only issue I had with it. I felt so engaged in the story and it respects the theme perfectly.

Thanks! We're pleased you enjoyed!

exactly, I feel two emotions, boring to see the same background in new places on a big world, but in other hand I cant stop playing until the end!!! it is just that developers find, catch the player, this game with more surprises and artistic work can be very very great!!

Developer

Really glad you liked it! Yeah, so, the original plan was to have more backgrounds, but the original artist ghosted the team, which forced me to join in at the last second lol. So all of the art was made in like... Three days? Three short days lol. I would have loved to make more backgrounds, but alas!

Ohhh this is a great game, I understand that is for a Jam and the time is just for a "demo"; but has potential to improve, the art is so cool I love how is not pixel but not vectorized, is just painting!!! the music is so relaxing and the history is good finalized!!!

now some critics (ok you make many many in short time, but is some pretencious project, so... it can be better if...) the map is so big, it requires more surprises to dont be linear; the music is great but efects... voices maybe... are missing; the places are good good draws, but are repetitive, place A = place B... this kind of games can be very hard or very easy, in fact of resources balance, ok it cost a lot of testing to find correct values, for me was easy in difficulty; I love how the characters talk about theyr past and how earth sick slowly, theyr goals in life, etc; but some thing game developers we dont has very good is the literature skills, to put drama, life, strong individuality and personality in characters, it is a common fail we have; and your game need, need improve that at future.

Finally I congrats you for the great work, in my mind I think in the tree of programing, state machines, etc hahaha its a cool project.

I'm not into many games along these lines but I had a good time with An Eon Later. It's a fun little, seemingly endless, time waster. It never felt like my crew were in any real danger so it was more relaxing than intense, and the music conveyed that. I will say that one track did start to get annoying near the end so some variety would be great. Good job!

Developer

You're right about the music. We didn't expect the gameplay would be so extense till the last days. Then, we created another musical theme, maybe you didn't go that far. And there is the battle theme for variety too. Thanks for your comment!
