I like it. Would probably use it in the future.
Awesome!
I like this as a concept for tracking tasks. Gives a bit of adventure to the texture.
Glad you liked it!
Interesting take on time tracking, gamifying it by making each task a “quest”.
The UI is simple, but functional. Maybe adding an option to expand the options, so it’s not only icons would be nice. It would make it easier to tell what everything does without waiting for the tooltips to load.
Overall, it’s a nice little tool! What kind of technologies did you use?
Thank you, I shall train on UI more!
I use vanilla JS
Love the idea and it's easy to use.
Thank you!
Great job on creating a useful tool that promotes focus! I really appreciate the concept. However, I have noticed one minor issue. Currently, when I stop the timer and start it again, it restarts from the beginning. It would be fantastic if there was an option to pause the timer instead, allowing me to keep track of the time I have already invested in the task. This feature would greatly enhance the overall experience. Keep up the good work!
I love apps that promote productivity and self improvement. I too would like to see some experience points and levels if you achieve your goals. I would like to see more of this. Very cool.
Thank you, I shall continue after voting period is over!
Good idea, good UI.
I’m a little confused about some aspects : Where are my levels (do I really gain xp??), what is the difference between “focus on this task” and “start”, what does 1m(+1m) mean.
I feel like I could totally get into the game, and use it for work.
Thank you for your feedback!
I'm still testing things, but to make it a bit clearer :

If you like the concept, here's more info about how this app actually works (I'm totally hyped to explain) :
You can always stop when there's a distraction or an urgent task. No matter if you finish it in a week, you should aim to reduce that timer to zero then move on to the next task until all is completed (could also mark it as finished manually before time runs out). After that, you can reset the progress and start over.
This ensure you distribute your time to gain life experience real fast without too much pressure on time scheduling, because everthing now fall in place despite all kind of distractions.
Then again, I need more opinions because this might only work for content creators who spend most of their time working on a computer.
missed this one. It's total progress + live progress (time elapsed since the timer is started)
Extremely useful!
Thank you, I shall make it better!
Somehow I keep failing my mission to take my sleeping pill.
Because of this, I can’t rate this tool, but I like the concept.
Thank you for trying this out
You're right! originally it display a warning to follow specific format such as "12m", "1h", which in your case "1min" is invalid input. I failed to check that case after uploading.
An interesting take on the daily task app, the progress bar animation is really nice, and the UI is designed quite well, is there a way to track progress over multiple days? or is it more for reminding you to do things per day?
Thank you! In this jam version, no, but I will add progress tracker later. I need it too, urgently.
Nope, it's not a daily task reminder. It's like you take a mission from NPC where you're expected to finish it even if it takes a whole week, reset the progress, then do it all over again until that generic task is considered finished or you gain very little experience from it. That's the basis of development that I can picture.
I keep getting a "Failed" message whenever I attempt to add a mission.
Hello, thank you for trying this out!
I missed some testing after the final upload. It follow specific format such as "12m", "1h". Input like "1min" is considered invalid.
Alright, now I got it! It works and cool feature with the timer
