Nice idea, would of course be great if it could pull in contours or other ESRI file data for areas (assuming anyone has access to those).
It would be nice if your tool could be used to create SVGs to populate other Wikipedia articles with schemas similar to the one on the Waterloo page you mention! I see on your github repository that you are still planning a lot of features and fixes so good luck for that!

Pretty cool! I could see a wargame/strategy nerd using this quite a bit.
Unfortunately, I am not that deep into military strategy, so I would have liked a little bit more fancy graphics (some sort of map in the background would have been nice)
Overall, it is a tool fit for its job! Well done!
An interesting idea, though I had a little trouble getting the web player to work.
What browser are you using? I have tested it on Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.
Chrome. It just had some assets not load. I had to restart my browser though.
