Not a whole lot to say, maybe that it's quite easy-going. gameplay-wise of course.

One thing I'll say though is that if you harvest all the organs of a "human", put the empty human in storage, and then harvest another human's organs and serve, the next day the empty human is still in the storage - you have to serve the selected human to get rid of it from the storage. And that, alongside not being able to scroll through the storage when you've got more than 3 humans, is annoying.

Tldr: Quality-of-life implementations are most welcome. Don't neglect them.

Also I find it funny how the humans are named characters. I even got REMILIA of all people in my playthrough, so guess what? I... couldn't get Remilia to literally eat her own heart out because when I bought Remilia there wasn't a heart :(. But it's still so funking funny I made Remilia eat her own lung and liver, here take a look:

Disturbing.

But still, somewhat entertaining; you got me a few laughs to see ridiculous names as mimi-chan and hisoutensoku  and see they had hearts and kidneys xD.

As a merchant simulator is kinda neat, but it misses features, who are you selling to and how is a big mistery here, you can still add a minigame of you extracting the organ, and if you fail, you sell it for less or nothing, and in the same train of thought, a cooking minigame.

Oh, and it was kinda hard to select the cooking options, it wasn't that obvious where the hitbox for those were.

Still disturbing, 4 stars.

Well, you’ve got quite the premise as always, I do find it odd that most of these “human captives” are over 100 years old and share the same name as non-human characters.

The decision to include an “Age” for the the “Humans” you buy at Yukari’s market is interesting, but it feels like a missed opportunity in that it doesn’t seem like it plays a part in the quality of the organs you harvest and points gained.

The cooking portion of the game comes off as an afterthought, as there’s no money to be gained from that process (does our cooking salary barely cover our living expenses)? Additional systems such as “the number of organs remaining in the cooked human” or “the age of the human”, or even gaining bonus points based on if we chose the correct method of preparation would have made it more engaging.

Do keep at it though, your Unity UI skills have been improving with each jam! I highly recommend joining the next jam with other team members, otherwise, do look for asset packs online, just so you don’t have to spend too much time drawing.

Definitely an interesting (if very dark) concept, and I liked the strategy of it (as well as spooky yukari sprite)... but I did not find the menus very clear, and I think it's got a few bugs. For example, after buying, I couldn't tell what the point of each option was or the order I was supposed to do it, the serve button seemed unresponsive, and I wasn't able to select anything except deep fry or boil.

Yup, I was worried about this. The features were implemented in the last moment, so there were bound to be issues like these. So let me address them for future players.

To be fair I agree with you the menu looks unintuitive and clunky, I'm such a poor UI designer lol

And the spooky Yukari sprite was actually generated after I drew linework and let Clip Studio Paint auto paint for me lol, so if it's creepy, BLAME CLIP STUDIO PAINT :)

To serve, one should click the Text of the method they are going to serve, the Text can be found  below the poorly drawn depictions, for example if the game asks for "Barbeque" one should click "Barbeque" under the Barbeque image to be sure, multiple clicks should be done. This is due to the stupid method i used to import sprites, causing overlapping hitboxes

Serve button will only work, if one selects a matching order, so if the game asks "Barbeque", player should click "Barbeque", then click the serve button or the next phase won't fire.

So the gameplay loop is basically, buy human, end turn, go to storage, select human, exit after a popup shows your selected human,  operate on them and harvest all dem organs before serving them. Human will be deducted, buy new human. Repeat.

no idea how to get things done but i can see how things may get done and managed to sell a bunch of the organs i got at a profit

Best game best bug ever

The concept doesn't really mesh well with me, I'm far too squeamish. The Yukari asset looks nice
