Beautiful! I love this, it is really soft and calming. This starts out as a nice town-song, but soon becomes more, an experience.

The harp arpeggio is soft and has a unique rhythm that would instantly let the player know which town they’ve just entered into in a distinctive way. The chord that emerges at 0:45 is unexpected and gorgeous. The build up of the string parts and the woodwind interplay feels epic in a soft way that feels really special for a nighttime town theme. Overall this is a beautiful submission; great work and thank you for sharing!

It's very pretty and very soft.
It reminds me of Joe Hisaishi's compositions from Gibli Studios. There is a Japanese atmosphere especially from 1'20". This passage is particularly successful.
And the final is sublime.

The orchestration is fascinating! The harp introduction welcomes the player into the nice, quiet town, with the further orchestration immersing you in a peaceful time after you have been through so many adventures.
