It would be better to see enemy health bar. Overall great game, audio & concept. Well done!

Developer

I agree. Thank you for the feedback!

I couldn't beat the enemy by now, but it is a really nice game!

Developer

Yeah I may have made it a bit too hard. Thank you for giving it a try!

This little game was surprisingly addicting! I played about a dozen times because there's just something that made me want to keep trying! The audio was really relaxing as well, which I liked and felt like added to the whole vibe of the game. Great job, especially for 3 (or 4) hours!

Developer

I'm glad you had a lot of fun with it! Thank you for the positive comment :D

Haha, this is a cool concept, kind of sad I didn't think of it as a premise for a 3 hour jam!

Developer

Thank you!

I quite enjoyed the game! Looked neat, simple premise and has cool sound/music. I do feel like landing a strike could have a little more impact (the parry effects look really cool, but hitting or getting hit feels a little stale in comparison). Definitely a cool entry for the trijam.

I did encounter a bug btw, after I land a third strike the enemy starts faking attacks(?) and an unparryable attack follows that deals 2 damage. I don't think that's intended, but maybe I do miss out on some stuff because of this.

I'm glad you liked it! I agree the strikes that actually deal damage could use more juice.

The enemy being able to fake attacks in intended but unfortunately I did run into the unparryable attack once during my testing but wasn't able to recreate it to try to fix it.

I appreciate the feedback!
