I appreciate the feedback! I remember when I made this I was really trying to get the hitstop right, glad it came through

I thought the cutscenes were really well done, art was great and I really liked the touch of voice acting, pretty rare for a game jam.

As others have already said your use of the theme was very creative! Also I read your comment to the other game, I totally think there's a market for this type of game if you decide to turn into a full game. Sorta reminds me of PowerWash Simulator and the like

I've never felt so immersed or so powerful before.

Wow the voice activation was so cool and unique, very nice! Besides that I thought the music and art were very cohesive great job!

Upgrades feel like such a cheat for making games more fun :P Thanks for playing!

Glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you very much!

Yeah, during my testing I was either getting lucky with the upgrades and it was too easy or I'd end up dying pretty early so I was having a lot of trouble balancing it. Thank you for giving it a try though!

Thank you for all the positive feedback! I could see using the basic mechanics/assets in a future project but who knows. Either way, glad you had fun with it!

Wow, amazing submission! Lots of bosses with their own theme that also evolves with each phase. Unique style that I also really liked. I had a lot of fun with it great job! Played on medium and got just over 2 million for the score.

I really appreciate all the feedback! I think you're spot on with 2D animations looking less distinctive and will keep that in mind for the future. Thank you for playing!

The style and presentation of the game was really nice! I found it really hard to line up with the enemies' "z" axis to actually hit them but overall nice game!

Thanks! I don't see myself as an artist but I wanted to try putting a lot of effort into the art for this one so I'm glad you liked it! Thank you for playing

Making my games too hard is definitely something I struggle with. I appreciate the feedback and thanks for trying it out :D

I like your idea of providing a better warning. Thank you for the feedback and for playing!

Absolutely loved the ascetic! Each boss felt different from one another and it was a lot of fun fighting each one. I especially liked the last boss, it felt really intense :D

The concept was super interesting and I had a ton of fun solving the puzzle! Great job!

Wow the monster and the animation of the monster going back into the water are amazing! Nice little concept I liked it a lot!

Pretty unique concept and I loved it! Would have been nice if there was a limit on the amount of slices you had each level or something like that but still a great game!

I absolutely loved the visuals/effects. Overall very polished game for 3 hours, great job!

I love the overall theme to the game. I thought the art was really well done, especially the transition screen between duels. The effort put into the game page is a really nice touch as well!

Fun mechanic to play around with. Nice entry!

I agree. Thank you for the feedback!

Nice and chill, and very creative. I liked it a lot!

Felt like a complete boss fight and I had fun with it. Also the art is really good, nice job!

I liked your idea a lot, great use of the theme. I'm pretty bad at it but it was fun :D

Yeah I may have made it a bit too hard. Thank you for giving it a try!

I'm glad you had a lot of fun with it! Thank you for the positive comment :D

The gameplay was a bit frustrating at times but I absolutely loved the art and the music/sound effects fit really well. Also I thought your use of the theme was unique. Nice job :D

Took me awhile but I finally beat it. I liked the challenge and I really like the art!

I appreciate the positive feedback and I'm glad you liked it :D

I'm glad you liked it! I agree the strikes that actually deal damage could use more juice.

The enemy being able to fake attacks in intended but unfortunately I did run into the unparryable attack once during my testing but wasn't able to recreate it to try to fix it.

I appreciate the feedback!

Thank you!

Hey, no worries and sorry for the late reply. I appreciate you making this video and the feedback on the game! And thank you for hosting the game jam I had a lot of fun participating!

Because voting for the game jam is still in progress I can't attempt to fix the problem right now. So, unfortunately, it looks like the only option is to download through the browser. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Nice game! I thought the way you combined the genres was really creative!

Thanks :D

Overall pretty good! Especially the music and sound effects!

Nice little game :D I really wanted to pet that cat in the beginning!
