There is replayability value, which is really cool! Game gets intense, which makes it fun for me and the fact that you have to wait for refill is awesome, it teaches you to be precise and not spam buttons, you can't make mistakes! Also, progression is done well!

Quite challenging to keep all the glyphs in mind. I played it two times and it seems the correct counterglphy does not change between sessions. So even if you know them beforehand, remembering the right one and reacting fast enough it no easy task (at least for me). Made it to a score of 48 the second time - just having three lives and six different glyphs to try for the last one makes death very likely. So either decrease the cool off or add some possibility to heal.

There are other possibilities to add to the game play. For example allow the player to knockout your opponents with glyphs yourself and add a level progression. Level 1 might be just one opponent that shoots always the same glyph, add more glyphs and opponents in successive levels. And you might even introduce some casting mechanics. Imagine you don't cast single glyphs but spells made from glyphs. So in later levels you might have an opponent prepare a spell consisting of three glyphs (that pop up over their head one at a time), and you have to remember the counterglyph for each one and cast a spell using these in the correct order.

Would be way too much for my memory, I guess, but others might deem the amount of challenge enjoyable.

Simple fun gameplay, enjoyed figuring out how all the shapes interacts :)

Works well. The slow introduction of the different elements is good, but the mana regeneration is so slow that when you get to 5 and 6, is takes too long to test each one, that at least I keep dying before I can figure them out, as it's ultimately just trial-and-error.

I wish it had sound, but it's nice to see your progression from the last TriJam. Keep it up!

I really like this, it's a simple concept but drew me in to play over again and think fast. Nice progression with the glyphs, as only starting with two introduces the player to the concept. The mana bar felt slightly to slow, but does need to be there to stop spamming. Well done.

Solid entry! The gameplay, although simple, is pretty fun. I had a good time trying desperately to figure out which glyphs countered which while everything flew towards me. I liked how you unlocked more glyphs as the game went on as well - that was very clever. Really nice work :)

Thanks! That was my goal, glad you had some fun with it. I realized that onboarding is very important in such quick - jam games due to my previous submission to Trijam 50. I made a game a bit too overwhelming so now I learned from my mistakes.
