Well done on this game, very clever and very fun as well! :)
Thanks so much!
I love this game so much it is FUNNNN!
Wow thanks so much! Im very glad you liked it!
Hey this game was really great! I like a lot of things about this but let's go through the things I like most:
1) Absolutely nice art, sound with everything working very cohesively together honestly! You've done well getting an artist to dedicate into the art and it shows here!
2) Very simple premise of a game, for being a 3 hours prototype, I can see this being a mobile game kind of thing down the line once you give it some more polish, time and additional work. Very nice!
I don't really have any major gripes with the game and I really enjoy it thoroughly from start to end!
Thanks so much for the comments and feedback. I'm really glad you found the art and gameplay as such a positive to comment on. I really appreciate you taking the time to write this and playing
God, I suck at this… why can’t I stop playing?
Congrats on an amazing entry!
Hahahaha perfect! thanks for playing!
That was pretty cool, I was very confused when I saw bullets coming from the sides then I relized there was loop over ;)
I hoped pac man would clarify that, but I am thinking if I do an update to make the sides giant portals and adding noises that give it that warp sound. Thanks for playing it!
No I think people having to come to that conclusion on their own is good. It is what makes people like puzzle games.
Yes I agree, even shooters can have puzzles and I do love adding puzzles.
Quite clever how the bullets warp around the level!
Wish there were orange ghosts and more ghosts with shields (like the one at the start).
I wish I had more time for testing, I would have wanted to toy with which ghosts to include more but its all set to random, with a secondary random number to determine when they rush you. Thanks so much!
Fun game, I enjoyed the animations on the characters, it went a long way towards making this game have character. I like how you have to be very specific with your shots, adding to the layer of impossibility.
It's face was my favorite part, that was a quick last minute addition. So glad you liked that as well, thanks for playing it!
I really enjoyed this little game! It fits into the theme of unachievable really well and is a lot of fun. Well done!
Thanks! I'm just glad to finally finish something. I appreciate you playing it
I like the idea of projectiles wich can kil you, the high number of ghost makes the game unachivable but not frustrating, wich is nice. Perhaps having upgrades on your weapon could break monotony.
Thanks Xzing thats a great idea. If you have any suggestions I am all ears!
Increasing speed/damages, having some effect such as a piercing attack, slow, explosion or a double-side attack (this effect could aslo return against you considering the fact that you can kill yourself). Enemies could also be better with time (back shild, more life, spawning other enemies when they die).
I don't know why I never considered a back shield. Great feedback and suggestions, I wasn't sure anything else could be added but you entirely changed my mind.
I used a few different assets to make this including Playmaker, Dotween, TextMesh Pro and a few of my own setups that I use at the start of each game to depending on the genre and theme. It was a lot of fun and I had help from @dannypixel. Thanks for checking it out.
