Amazing :)

Never thought the Triple Laser room could have so much personality. Good job!

Such a cute and charming game, such a shame about the crash. Also I wish there was a nametag to let you know who was speaking, but otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Developer

thanks! it was supposed to be more clear who was speaking, but all of the portraits failed to export until after the deadline. I'll be updating the game to work properly in early april!

I had played this a couple of days ago and when it crashed I wasn't sure if I had missed anything and whether it was my fault, so I didn't want to review, but it seems others have had the same problem.
Everything before that was pretty damn cool though. While I was confused for a moment, once I got the vibe of the game this was probably my favorite entry creatively: Clearly referencing triple laser, but being something completely different then the original. Not sure if this is a genre of prose that I'm just not used to, but characterized objects trying to hook up with each other was something I did not expect ;) Also, did not seem very depressed(?) to me, maybe I misunderstood it totally.

thanks! Yes, the crashing bug is unfortunately a constant but it will be fixed in an update in April after the game jam voting period is over. I'm glad you liked it! The depression thing is more just a joke about the phrase people use to classify games like omori and Undertale and whatnot

Very solid entry with positively dumb writing that has put a smile to my face at least several times! Very polished as well. Wish it was more interactable but I guess it's really a problem with a genre rather than the game. Still, very nice job, and quite creative twist on our beloved test chamber. People gonna have crush on ceiling laser emitter now...

Developer

thank you! Glad you enjoyed :D

This is really good

A bit of a pity for the crash at the end, but really cool

Well Done!

Developer

When i update the game in April, i will be fixing the portraits to appear and hopefully also fixing the crash at the end there (as well as other issues).

Developer

If anyone was getting a crash before the ending (ending is when you leave through the door) can you let me know where it occurred so i can fix it for the April update

Submitted

When the screen goes black for the catcher to get the laser with everyone else's ayes closed it crashes.

Very good game, but ends very abruptly. Got me trying to patch wine for a solid 30 minutes there, very sneaky!

Developer

what do you mean? there should be an end credits sequence, its not abrubt at all unless you are encountering an error

Submitted

oh errr, it's right at the part where the screen blacks out

Developer

Ah, gotcha... I havent encountered the crash myself but when i update the game in April, i will be fixing the portraits to appear and hopefully also fixing the crash at the end there (as well as other issues).

What can be done here except talking with cubes and laser emitter?

Developer

once you talk to both of the lasers and both cubes you can talk to the catchers and the story starts

Oh, there he is, I didn't bother to go where he's hiding.
Sweet game, ended abruptly though.
