Loved this game! It was fun, though a little on the easy side once you hit the automation. Liked the varying upgrades and the art, and the inspiration you took from the episode is clear. The rage meter was a little bit confusing at first, but I figured it out before too long. I feel like after you get the machine, it's mostly just a waiting game at that point, occasionally paying employees/rent/maintaining the machine.
Thanks for playing! Yeah, i'd eventually like to add more stuff to "manage" so it's not as automated, but that's all i could squeeze in for the jam.

This is a really great game! Love the artwork and gameplay overall! I got to a point where I could charge $70+ for a bowl of soup and let all my employees quit because I only needed the machine. But then after that I never got the option to rehire anyone and eventually my character disappeared all together, all that was left was the machine. I was given the option to make soup and get the money but no one was there anymore to do these actions... rather odd.
Really fun game though! Great job!

Great interpretation of a hilarious episode! I'm not sure what gets the person in a rage after I get the machine though and everything goes south quite soon.
After you get the machine he rages when it incorrectly gives or doesn't give someone soup. The idea was you pay periodically to increase the machine's accuracy, but yeah - when the machine accuracy is low, if it gets a few wrong in a row, you're kinda hosed.
Agree with below that initial sound too loud. Great game, great art, and was enjoyable.
Yeah - this is a little weird, it's somewhat inconsistent. I've been able to reproduce the loudness thing a few times - sometimes it's super loud when the page loads and other times it's not. Might be a Chrome/browser issue, but I'm looking into it. Thanks for playing!
