I messed up setting up the executable files as I was in a rush trying to get my page submitted before the deadline. It was also my first time setting up an executable with that engine. Would it be possible to change the file for my window submission?

hey! yes, just please do not change anything else within the game. please leave it as it was and just submit a fixed executable. I'll unlock the submissions temporarily
