Did you credit all assets in-game (including your own) as required by the rules?

Yes

How did your team implement the focus (and optionally, the theme)?
Took inspiration from retro vertical shooters. For the theme, you have 2 turrets that move back and forth over half the screen each but you can only have one moving at a time.

Solo (1)

Will you continue work on the game after the jam?

No - only made for the jam

Which parts of the game were NOT made by your team? (Including AI generated)
Music and sound effects are from purchased bundles and packs. All else made by me.

Web version was just too big for my screen making it hard to play. Like the idea and concept though well done.

Ayyy, I gave the suggestion in twitch for bubbles!   So cool to see this finished!  The little dust guys turned out great, and I really enjoyed the play style.  It was that fun kind of stressful switching back and forth between the turrets trying to keep them all back!

Fun and cool concept (you nailed the theme and focus), the game loop really keeps you on your toes. A high score table would have been great to see how we compare with our runs but overall great work!

Enjoyed the game a lot! I thought damage was a no brainer every opportunity, but missed out on how great knockback could be. Very fun concept for an arcade shooter and I loved the idea of using the idea of bubbles shooting dirt.

game is not groundbreaking and we can't call it 8BIT or a scroller, however there's an effort to mix styles and the monsters are original

Awesome idea! It feels nice to play but it also seems like that the enemies’ HP isn’t that too balanced since the 2nd phase enemies spawn in too early before there is a chance to gain enough attack power to hold them back

Thanks! The enemies spawning so fast appears to be a bug that wasn't happening when I first uploaded and tested the game. The second wave is appearing way too soon.
