In my game, you are constantly *on the edge* of getting fired by your *boss* because you are trying to steal as much from the office before he gets too mad and fires you.

This is a very funny interpretation of the theme! - and feels like it is also based on true events (or at least feelings) 😂.

The game is of course quite simple in terms of graphics and UI. It also took me a while to see the clock that shows how much time you have. This might have been better off in the interface.

But all in all, it's an entertaining game that lives mainly because of the great idea.

Thanks!

I'd really like to thank my business for the resignation bonus check of  $1310 dollars, it's so nice to go home knowing how much the company cares for its employees.

A very charming and interesting concept that is executed fairly well. Trying to optimize the game was pretty exciting to do, and it allowed me to realize how each piece of the game can be carefully used to create your strategy.

Thank you so much!

Surprising amount of depth in optimizing my workplace theft profits of $1100! Reminds me of the game Tactical Nexus, or other optimization games. Interface could have been a bit clearer but I got the hang of it after a bit. Funny how they replace every single item every day, haha. I enjoyed frantically picking up paper off the ground in the last few seconds of a day! A legitimately funny premise for a game with mechanics like this. I could see opportunities for the mechanics to have gone further too.

Thank you so much! I'm thinking of trying to make a more in-depth version but I'm not sure if I will be able to finish that.

The concept of this is hilarious and I love it. Is there a random chance based on the item you pick up that you will get in trouble? I didn't figure out the formula but it was still really fun to play. Good job!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback! The anger increase formula is

(ItemValue/2) * (angerRate + (anger / 100));

angerRate is always at 1.25, I was going to let it increase but I ended up not doing that.

I made the anger scale based on how angry the boss already is. I think it made the game feel better but idk

There is one exception to the (ItemValue/2) part and that is for the computer. I set the anger increase for the computer from 50 to 40. It felt more balanced.

fun game i like the idea its well made although when i was picking up the paper i was gaining points for some reason don't know if that was on purpose or not but good job on the game

Developer

Yes, paper is worth $1 , but can be worth more if you buy the angry note gift.

I see I can no longer spam the spam the donuts like I use to, which is good cause I probably shouldn't be doing that anyways. Glad to see the changes you've made, there's more strategy involved now. Good job!

Actually very nice and also very fun to play once. I have no idea how much i can take stuff. This would be more fun if you have a larger office (whole office building?) and some employees and boss you should avoid while yoinking. This whole concept has something fun and unique - even while stealing is bad and really makes many companies lose income even dramatically.

Music is also good and game play works, short to play, an unique idea (imo), overall game play is fun: while the all graphics are not perfect in this (drawn character does not match into 3d-simulator game), i think this is an excellent Jam game. Enlarging this first, this could be an real downloadable/sold game title.

THIS IS AMAZING! I loved the game idea and the game was made amazingly. Really fits with the theme, and the day reports are perfectly done. Only thing I could recommend is adding a few more items, other than that, AMAZING!

Developer

Thank you so much! I'm really happy with how it turned out. I'm planning on updating the game with more items soon.
