Neat concept, i wish i could dash though. it doesnt work, at least on keyboard
Hey MactusCactus, I think this might be a problem with the dialog showing keys for a controller and not the keyboard. The dash button on the keyboard is Ctrl. Sorry for the confusion! Hope that helps :)
Thanks for playing!
Cute puzzle game!
But for some reason the dash wasn't working for me, maybe I did something wrong?

Thanks Litefeather, sorry to hear that the dash wasn't working for you. What kind of computer are you playing it on?
Also, I made a mistake in only showing the controls for a gamepad. If you are using keyboard then the dash button is actually Ctrl. (Not the buttons that the dialog suggests). So it's possible that could be the problem?
Thanks for playing and your feedback!
Yup tha was it
Good puzzle game. The heat turned up very fast for me XD.
Haha thanks :) It's gettin hot in here
Nice Game
Thank you :)
Welcome
Excellent game! Simple yet incredible mechanics. Really nice done. Left me wanting for more levels. I think you should definitely support the gamepad left stick as well as keyboard, having a controller-only game for a jam is a bit risky. Also a restart button when inside the level would be good. Loved the artist dissing jokes. Lastly, the jump in difficulty from level 8 to 9 is too big, but I get this kind of balancing is really hard for a jam. Nice work!
The polish on this is great especially the jiggle when you touch the correct blocks. Cool levels as well, has potential to make some nice complicated levels.
Thank you :) I had a lot of fun with it and am definitely planning to expand!
I think the blue character is made using Kenney's Creature Mixer.
But cool game!
Thanks Koolii :) I did indeed use Kenney's Creature Mixer as the base for the character. Such a cool tool :)
Yep. Kenney is amazing!
Nice Game! last level put some stress on me but the music had a nice casual vibe and AMAZING time. gg!
Thanks :) Haha yeah, I've been having fun watching people experience the last level. So far everyone's struggled but been able to get it which I think was the hope!
Clever premise! It took me a couple of tries to figure out the logic of the game, but it's quite intuitive.
Controls are pretty smooth, although the jumps got a bit difficult for me around the 4th level or so. Music is catchy.
The graphics are serviceable but pretty rudimentary. The fancy visual effect as the player approaches defeat is really groovy, though.
Thanks FallingWallGames :) glad that you found the control intuitive once you got the logic! Definitely LOTS of polish to go on the controls (probably going to change the grid as well so will need lots more testing) but I'm glad you found them smooth, definitely what I was going for :)
Yeah plenty of room to go with the graphics too haha, the code is much more beautiful :P That's my main art form, but I do enjoy dabbling in pixel art. Find it relaxing, kind of like building Lego.
