It was definitely a unique experience! It’s especially close to my heart since we also decided to make a holiday horror ourselves, haha. I really appreciate the details, like the flashlight holder on the avatar’s belt. Congratulations on the game!

Hehehehe. Christmas horror! With Santa and Satan - the names are too similar - easy to get mixed up. I like the red fog. I was able to find all the presents and save Christmas. Congrats on finishing this for the jam.

Nice work,

For some reason, the walking and turning was swapped for me (walking with right stick, turning with left stick). The movement seemed a little fast as I felt a bit motion-sick but maybe it was the issue with turning Industrial Punk pointed out.

I really liked the visual effects and atmosphere. Finding the presents was quite fun. The change to the dark environment was very cool.

Well done and happy Christmas :)

Yeah, movement in default vrtemplate in unreal is pretty bad :( I had slower movement in the todo list, but totally forgot to change it before release! Thanks for playing!

Hi evilentity!

I tried your VR Jam Christmas entry!

Enjoyed searching the environment for the presents, couldn't find the last one though!
I'm sure you hid it well!!

A small problem with the character movement; rotation was not centred on the character and maybe no deadzone on the joystick - character kept moving slowly after releasing the stick!

Nice atmosphere in the "dark mode"!
I liked the smoke on the floor together with the redness- very spooky.

Congratulations for getting an entry in.

Merry Christmas.

evilentity,

Could be because I'm using an old VR - but maybe worth checking where the pivot point is on the character - make sure it is in the centre!

Have a great New Year!
See more of your games in 2025.
