Interesting story you've added :). The whole composition feels full and sounds great. Just when I wanted to suggest to change things up a bit from the same chord progression and instruments, you introduced 2:08 to me. It felt different but not wrong to me. Now, I am personally a BIG FAN of songs in 5/4, and I have made more songs in 5/4 than I dare to admit, and many of those songs sound weird to the common ear. To me, this part sounded just fine! But I can't judge for the common listener, as I've grown common to hearing songs in 5/4. I do love that you venture outside of the commonly accepted musical space. Your 'creativity' level also went up immediately :). Great song, well done!

Thank you and sorry the reply is a little late! I am glad you find the story interesting, I originally had something more in-depth in mind planned but I was afraid of potentially over-complicating things, it was a concept that had some mix of ideas from Majora's Mask and Final Fantasy. I am glad you like the change to 5/4 as well! I've had lots of difficulty implementing certain aspects like drum rhythms into 5/4 sometimes so it is nice to hear the whole thing turns out well! It's cool to hear you make songs in 5/4 as well, it's always a fun area to compose in!

It is definitely a fun area to compose in! I've experimented a ton with different rhythms for 5/4, 7/8, and few but not many other time signatures. It is quite hard to do right, I've noticed, but rewarding when you do :D

When I give less than 5 for creativity remember I'm so rebellious i give TurtleBox an aneurysm.  I'm currently getting a heavy lecture from KaleOverlord to stop for a moment and use a metronome :)

Quality and Coherence was perfection itself.  Nice standard build in as it progresses adding instruments.  Nice and gentle as a sunrise piece should be.

I had no complaints other than my obvious bias and we all know about that, or at least we do now.

Lot of fun listening to this, keep it up.

Thank you! And I completely understand the deduction in creativity so no worries here! I appreciate the compliments as well, I struggled with finding an idea to represent sunrise initially so I am glad to hear it fits well! Thanks for the listen!
