You're missing the legal text that declaims this is an independently published material for Shadowdark,  just the logo is not enough. Without that your submissions could not qualify according to the rules and all stat blocks you copied from the Shadowdark books could be considered illegal.

Some of the links you have in the "Link to assets used" are already dead or they point at something unrelated.

- Town Art: The link takes me to an image of a piece of brown leather.

- Skull : 404 page not found

The cover art is pure gold, I love it! But think you missed and opportunity not putting the black Shadowdark logo on the left yellow stripe.
It's a small thing but I miss the page numberes.

The overall feel and layout makes it very easy to read trough this adventure. I love the style of your maps too.

I think you made a geat job capuring the essence of the coverart you got.

I will update the back cover with more legal info, thanks!

Appreciate the feedback.

I updated the file with correct legal info. I will work on cleaning up these links  too.

It feels so folk-ish grim fantasy, I like it.

It's like if John Denver was a sixth level rogue. :)

Really dig the carnival atmosphere.

Developer

Thank you very much! If if Quasimodo taught me anything, it's that a carnival can be both a wonderful and frightening place!

Great stuff. If the players I run got wind of that snail in the picture at a carnival that would be the entire session delayed. Love it.

Developer

Haha I am so glad you liked that, I looked for public domain pictures of 'carnival' and that came up. It felt just weird enough to include. So glad you enjoyed it.

The people need their fried food and dubious characters!

I didn't see any inspirations posted. But I like that you used multiple locations.
