It is really hard to write a good "imprisoned PCs" adventure, but you've done it with great skill. You didn't take away any of the players' agencies. Plus, the adventure can easily be replayable with some minor GM tweaking. Love it.
Great map, and love the Hotsprings-esque layout, super clean and usable.
