Has anything changed since last year with regards to compliance with the third-party license? I notice it's the same files from the last game jam which still uses © 2023 The Arcane Library, LLC for instance. It doesn't appear to have been updated on the Arcane Library website either. I don't want to be the impetus to kick Kelsey in the pants to update it if need be, but I also want to give her due credit.

Not a lawyer but I'm pretty sure that date (2023) is when that version of the license was created and not meant to be updated every year. Check the D&D OGL language to confirm, which I think still has the year it was created as its copyrighted year. (2000)
