Nice quick little strange adventure, very N64. Is there anything that's supposed to happen at the end of the game? I rushed back to my ship hoping to liftoff but couldn't get anything to happen.
I wish! I ran out of time because I was traveling to the inlaws, which meant my game was cut short a week. Maybe I'll add that after the jam.
This nails the N64 vibe! I wasn't able to finish it, but the textures, models and animations were really good.
It would be nice if there was some indication of being able to talk to an NPC (floating arrow above their head, etc.). The text also seems to be broken for me. The NPCs finish talking with the first message they said, then I can never talk to them again.
well dang, I knew there were a few dialog bugs. I was hoping you could get through the story dialog at least. I'll have to work on fixing that. Thanks for letting me know.
The game won't start on my machine (Macbook Air 2017, MacOS Monterrey). Do I need some specific setup to run it?
No, it’s a Godot 4 game. It might be an issue with the way Godot 4 beta builds. I tested an early build on the Mac, and it worked. but maybe it doesn’t work now. I didn’t get a chance to test the latest one when I built it. And sadly, I’m out of town for Christmas right now and can’t test out a new build.
