At some point keyboard inputs stopped working!  Everything else was fine though.  Feels very finished!  After a bit I got used to the rhythm of attacking and healing.  Fun to have kinda opposite abilities on each character.   It took me way too long to figure out that I needed to TURN my characters too xD

Thank you so much for your reply! Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to fix certain bugs, so it’s entirely possible to get soft-locked πŸ˜…

I really liked the game, it reminds me of one of my favorite games - shogun showdown. And the game is also very atmospheric

p.s. sorry, I made the game in a team and I did not upload our game to the jam, so I can not rate your game. Here is our game https://itch.io/jam/wmj2024/rate/3212971

Yeah Shogun Showdown was a major inspiration for us, glad you enjoyed it!

Also, i'm pretty sure you should be able to rate games even if your account wasn't the one to upload the project. Ask the person who uploaded the project to add you (and/or other teammates) as an Admin on the project and to check list as contributor, this would allow all teammates to be able to rate games. Hope that helps!

Hello, for not using any premade assets the game looks pretty good, The music was fitting. I struggled a bit with gameplay and mechanics, It could've been easier to have tooltips for the abilities, but other than that it's good :) Well done!
