How does your game relate to the theme?
In the game, you fight to control a specific resource on a large planet. The resource deposits are concentrated at the poles of the planet, emphasizing their importance. The player and enemy AI also start on opposite poles of the planet, implicitly creating the goal to move from one to the other.

this is super impressive for 3 days. I understand your take on the theme, but I don't think it was emphasized very much. The enemy immediately left their pole and started taking over the other parts of the planet. I did have fun though!

A fun game, I didn't think it goes so well with the theme, but it was a fun gameplay.

Really fun and enjoyable game! I love the interactive map design and combat components. My only thought is that it doesn't relate to the theme polarity very strongly. Nice work!

Thank you so much for playing, we really appreciate it. 

As the jamโ€™s description mentioned, we looked for other definitions of polarity and poles besides magnets and decided on planetary poles. The target resource that you and the enemy faction are looking for is concentrated almost solely at the poles. Additionally both groups start and create their initial bases at opposite poles of the planet. We tried to make sure the theme was shown through emergent gameplay situations rather than a hardcoded mechanic.
