I love it, easy 5/5 across the board, i hope to be as good as you one day, happy to follow!~

A really neat concept, but the flying controls feel a bit off, and the climbing level feels kinda bull given the screen is horizontal, so you've got very limited time to actually see what's coming.

awesome, but too hard for me. totally related to the topic

What else can I say about a game making inspiration to not only me but definitely so many people? It's really just a simple mechanic. A simple mechanic but executed with just so much attention to detail. The visuals are just insane! Atmospheric, disturbing (in the best of ways), and just down right gorgeous! Thank you so much for letting me play this :)

Man, this game is better than Dashing Fire, which for some reason I wasn't even compelled to try after looking at some vids of it. But this one, it felt amazing, really well done on all fronts! I think you definitely have something here you could expand on!

like i've already said in devlog's youtube comments, this is by far my favorite game from you. keep up the good work :)

10/10 classic

You got some good mileage out of one simple mechanic! There was a nice variety to the levels, so they never felt stale. There is some real polish here. I was surprised to see animated intro and ending screens. Great game!

A very creative take on the theme. And the visuals are great, as always. It was a bit tough to control the character with the keayboard, though.

Not gonna lie, the game is awesome :D

Very cool concept, classic and awesome Blackthornprod graphics, and most of all; fun!

Extra impressive game! Thanks for the video, it helps to understand how such an impressive game was possible to make in such a short period of time!

I had a small (very annoying) bug, quite often I would instantly die as if I were touched twice by the same enemy... has anyone experienced the same ?

AMAZING what a 'GAME'

I liked the different ways you had to tackle each level. The level where you had to go up felt too tough because it didn't feel like there was enough time to anticipate the enemies and with the boss level because of the way you had to explode nearby, at times you were flying into the boss itself unintentionally. Also with the level before the boss level you could totally cheese it by flying over the top but kudos for the effort that was put in art-wise and level design-wise.

you REALLY need to say that controller is the reccommended way to play

i played this on keyboard first and didn't like it at all.

after watching the youtube video i realised it was designed for controller, and wow it plays a lot better with controller.

i'm upping my rating now i know that :D

Very cool. Moody and evocative art and an interesting mechanic that fits the theme of the jam!
