i love the art style so polished the game play was very good it's a little hard but i really enjoyed it :)
I agree. It wasn't intended to be so hard, but after playtesting over and over again, it all seems too easy. I know better, but I did it anyways lol! Thanks for giving it a play and taking time to give feedback!!
The pixel art is clean and very well drawn! Now I want to know who placed those bombs though :D
The game is extremely polished, with a good amount of levels. It almost looks like a full release, great job!

We loved this game, we would have liked it more if it were downloadable but we worked with what there was. Great art, screenshake, particles, interesting main menu, and fun mechanic. This is a well made game, it was only difficult because our browser is slow and laggy. In any case, Awesome game!

What a cool game! I think the idea of dinosaurs becoming extinct due to bomb going off is hilarious us to begin with, and the fact that it’s so frustratingly difficult adds to the charm :D I mentioned this on another comment but yeah, I didn’t realize the arrow key movement for the bomb wasn’t intended so I may or may not have accidentally cheated my way through the whole thing, but for what’s it’s worth I didn’t find it as difficult!
Yeah, arrow key debacle is one of the more embarrassing moments of my gamedev journey so far. I expect many more.
I didn't want to make it too frustrating, but after you play test a few hundred times, nothing is difficult to you ;)

I hit a point where I was so frustrated I said, this is it. Last attempt. Pro gamer mode then kicked in and finally:
This was probably my most satisfying entry to beat, out of what I've played so far. Really well done and smart level design.
As fun as the game is and as cool as the concept is, there's a brutal difficulty to it. Some of your hazard hitboxes seem too big, and there's no friction on the character movement. If you had an acceleration build up to top speed, it would make it a lot easier to line up those moment where you had to be in a precise spot to throw the bomb, or make a jump. Half the time I died it's because I walked right off a cliff when I just wanted to nudge my character over slightly. Moving with the bomb was no problem, but when I didn't have it I would have to be very careful and often move backward to then slightly move forward some because that was my only option.
Overall, this was a great time and excellent entry. Some tweaks to the movement would make it far more enjoyable and accessible. Awesome solo entry.
The player's acceleration would've been a great idea and easy to implement! Dangit!!
I said this in another reply, but after you play test a couple hundred times, you lose sight of difficulty to someone who hasn't played the game before. I know better than that! Yet I still fell victim to rookie-gamedev-rage-inducing level design LOL.

Awesome puzzle platformer. Had a very "mario bros." look with the art. Music and sfx were great as well. After what seemed like an hour of rage I had to quit on level 7. Well done Marlin!

I guess the dinosaurs went extinct a couple dozen times because of me. This is a very solid entry!
The graphics is cute, the sounds and music are pleasing. The idea is funny.
It felt unforgiving in some cases (like having no coyote time or big spike hitboxes) but I liked the mechanics and balance.
Couldn't pass the level with like 5 moving platforms, they seemed to be too out of sync for me, and honestly I didn't have enough patience to keep trying (I guess hard platformers are not exactly my cup of tea).
The game has some little imperfections but these didn't stop me from enjoying it!
The 5 moving platforms is the last level. You were almost there lol! That level is all about patience and timing. Unfortunately I made it so it can only be completed with just a couple seconds left. I unintentionally made the whole game a bit too hard. Definitely a difficult balance to achieve in level design. I clearly have something to focus on in the next jam.

It took me a good 2 minutes to figure out how to press play, LOL, I just need to rotate it with mouse, by the way it's a really good game, art and sound is nice, the only problem I have that I can't climb while I jump, it's a time based game and looking for a shortcut should be a thing.

Nice entry! Got through all the levels and the bomb mechanic is really fun! One little bit of feedback, I was able to move the bomb with the arrow keys. I think default controls might be enabled on the bomb's platform behavior, not sure.

Uh I feel bad now I didn’t realize this wasn’t the intended way to play the game lol I found this around level 3 and I just figured it was intended since I was having such a hard time beating the levels :)
