The visuals are a bit messy, with several non-matching fonts used just in the first few minutes. The actual exploration and shooting is quite frantic and fun.
Well done on this one, I like the fast pace it has and the limited vision makes it extra hectic! Agree with earlier comments has a nice old school feel.

all the gameplay functions work great in this game, the sound effects were all very satisfying and I managed to get to 0 on the timer! though nothing happened and I died after that, I still feel accomplished.
