I don't have anyone to play with right now so I don't know how good it actually is as a party game. But the idea is pretty cool and worked out very well. I love the style of the game and it fits very well with the gameplay! The controls were pretty bad but like you said that's just a Pico-8 thing.

good simple game didnt have anyone to play it with but it was still good, one issue was the items seemed to end up on top of each other made it very hard to select the one i wanted but otherwise a good game!
