pretty cool effects from the cards, there are a few gameplay issues like I can’t go to the edge of the screen to collect cards, because enemies would spawn there.

also there isn’t much point for me to know what card is next since there’s no time to look, also very hard to.

If you make the game level bigger and camera follow the player it would solve the first issue.

Other than that it was pretty fun and if it was a bit more polished I’d play more.

Here’s an idea if you want to make it a full-fledged game.

A top down shooter where yo have to pick cards for your deck that are your weapons etc, as you play the game you unlock more cards. so you combine deck building + top down shooter/twin-stick shooter

Thanks for your thoughts! The edge of the screen is indeed dangerous, using the sword/shield might help with that! But yes I do agree I would've made the game level bigger if time suited. Good ideas all round tho :)
