You seem a bit obsessed with AJ. But to answer your questions about me saying anything about paid mods. 1) I haven't played this game for years. 2) I didn't know paid mods existed for the longest time, as I really only used the in game modhub. 3) I never bothered to look at the TOS until people started trying to defend paid mods, which preceded the Operation Unity thing.

So I didn't care about the TOS until the topic came up. And then, like an adult who wants to be informed, I read it, and made my own conclusions based on my background with working with intellectual property contracts and the like.

It is humorous that you are of the view that anyone who is against paid mods, or who disagree with you, must just be repeating what AJ has said. The thing is, if you actually look at my interactions with AJ, you will see that I have in fact answered many questions he has had and have clarified various points. So to say I'm just repeating what he says makes no sense, but that doesn't matter to you as your whole mo here is to just insult and demean.

Oh, and I post stuff to AJs discord because I think people will get a kick out of grown adults acting like whiney little children. It is funny that you stalk that group though. Again, it looks as if you may have an obsession. But I know you won't address any of that and will resort to more insults because that's all you have.

Just as a side note, the only reason I found out about AJ was because of you reposting his stuff. Somewhat ironic huh?

Ah yes, let's start with the excuses, you didn't know, you didn't play, you didn't do that, you didn't do this, you followed me before AJ started the whole thing so yeah... About repeating AJ, anyone that is in his server and everyone that sees your writing and speaking can tell that you just repeat his words and phrases, so don't bring "anyone who doesn't like paid mods"... It is bullshit and you know it, i haven't said that to anyone but you... Why is that? I also didn't insult you, but you still repeating it too, i guess you don't know how to actually defend yourself or just have normal conversation when you see you are loosing, so you stick to repeating the same thing over and over again hoping something different will happen.. idk... You read the TOS and didn't understand a word from it apparently... You weren't able to give any proof for the "Giants OWN your mods" and "Giants give permissions to everyone" ... As you said, you just assumed it, but your assumption is absolutely wrong and i can prove it, although i think it will be pointless since you seems to be ignorant stupid kid that has no respect towards other people at all... But let's do it anyway:

7.1 If the Customer creates User Generated Content for the games, he retains the rights to the content that he has generated. The Customer grants GIANTS the right to use the User Generated Content created by the Customer.

Literally the first sentence very clearly states that the creator of the mod has the rights over the mod he created. He only gives right of use to Giants Software, not everyone, just Giants as company.

7.2 The Customer warrants that, at the time of the creation, use or distribution of the Mods, he is the holder of the usage rights to the User Generated Content created by the Customer. Furthermore, the Customer warrants that the User Generated Content created by the Customer does not infringe any copyright or other third-party rights.

Again in the first sentence it states that the user assure that he is the holder of the rights to distribute the mod, which in your case you aren't, because you are using someone else's mod without permission from him. And then it says that when you make the said mod you didn't infringe any copyrights or other rights, which you DID, because you used whole mod from another person that you don't have permissions from. He is the creator of the model, he is the creator of the original mod and you clearly have no rights to use his stuf

f. 7.3 Through the distribution, exchange, sending, transfer, publication and uploading of the User Generated Content generated by the Customer, the Customer shall otherwise acknowledge that other users may use the generated User Generated Content. GIANTS shall not be liable for the actions of other users which may infringe rights to the generated User Generated Content. In the case of disputes with other users, the Customer himself shall be responsible for contacting the affected users asserting any claims.

Here in 7.3 it states that yes, when you release a mod, you should expect other people using it, which is true. Then it also states that Giants aren't liable for people like you stealing other's creations, BUT it also states that the creator of the mod (in your case North West) can basically demand the mod to be removed and he can take any action towards you depending on the situation. So after all of this which is clear as day, you are telling me that you somehow assumed that Giants gave you rights to steal other people's work? Can you please explain where you found such text in the TOS?

Hopefully that was explained as easy and simple as possible so your brain can process it and finally understand it..

And what we have here in the end? A clown caring for TOS when people sell mods, but when it is convenient for him, he has no problems braking the TOS.... How ironical...

And if you want, go ahead, brake the TOS, but then don't come pointing at other people that they brake the TOS and throw tantrums how big of a deal that is, how we are the bad people in the community and so on..

About how you found about AJ, i really don't care, so idk why it would be ironical in any way, but if you say so...

No, i actually showed it isn't waste to talk with me, but you definitely showed why it is waste to talk with you. After i explained everything to you without insulting you, you ignored everything and just repeated the same exact thing you repeat when you can't say anything to defend yourself. Just proved that you will remain the same stupid kid that don't have respect for others, and can't even admit he is wrong or at least have any adult conversation, although after what i see from you, i doubt you can have adult conversation at all. Once again will repeat it, i went there and tried to support a fellow modder that spent hours of making his mod... I tried my best on previous conversations with you to explain you that you are in fact braking TOS and with the answer i gave you now i furthermore explained every point to you, so you can understand it. If you want to make mods, go learn and make them from scratch like everyone else does. Or, just ask for permissions if you plan to release edit of someone else's mod. It is pretty simple and it won't cost you anything, most of the modders will give you permissions without issues. For example i gave permissions to everyone to convert and release my FS19 mods, no big deal and people still message me everytime they want to release them, it just shows that people have respect of each other.. It doesn't cost them anything and it doesn't tale away their joy if they simply ask the original creator.

You proved that you are just another kid that will trash talk to modders when they do something he doesn't like (in this case selling and violating the TOS), but when you have interests, you will brake the same TOS and play dumb saying nonsense stuff like your last comment. Who you gonna fool? People can read, i literally explained everything... I wasn't angry, neither am i now... I didn't insult you.. But i guess thats all you have... Pointless nonsense just so you can get approval from your master AJ and his fellow dumb kids. It is sad and pathetic that this community came to this, people to do everything for clout and attention... You are sad little kid... I didnt go over your response because by the time you got to your point, you had already ranted and raved and committed one logical fallacy after another. Even when you got to the TOS bit, the first point you were so far off that it was clear you werent paying attention. You pointed at 7.1 saying that the creator retains rights. Never said they didnt. But you ignored the second part that stated the user grants Giants usage rights, and then they explain elsewhere what those rights are, and how they extend those rights to their users. So if you cant even look at the entire sentence, how can anyone trust you?

Also, youre gaslighting here. You clearly have been insulting and demeaning me. That's your mo. You do it to anyone who disagrees with you. To claim you're not is ridiculous. As for the rest of what you said, I didn't bother to read it. When your only real argument is insults and negativity, then there can't be an adult conversation.

At the end of the day, you can keep repeating the same stuff over and over again thinking that people will believe you or something, i don't really know, but the facts are that i proved you wrong in every aspect of this conversation and you don't know how to defend yourself, but at the same time, you don't have the balls to be an actual adult and admit you were in the wrong...
