The story cracked me up. Really well written. The fighting was really smooth. Really appreciated that the restart points were so frequent (thanks God). Solid game.

I'm really glad you liked! I don't know if people noticed, but when you finish the first level and are dragged to the title screen, if you hit start you'll have access to a new set of dialogue and a new level. There is also a bunch of secrets to find :)

I actually clicked start just in case. I left when I thought "oh yeah, not enough time for a boss, of course there isn't replay stuff". I was looking all over the start room. It just felt like there was more, but I was thinking it's a jam game - no time for secret stuff.

Imma go back and find stuff :)

I should have made it so after you clear the first level, the start screen buttons have different text, like "Start?" or "Continue" or something.
There is a secret room in the 1st level and a secret dialogue at the end of it that involves messing around in the options menu mid dialogue.

In the 2nd level, all the secrets involve annoying god by skipping specific parts of his dialogue and there is a "secret corner" that tells you how many secrets you found

Start? - that'd be really funny.
