The download for that game is external.
I really want a refund, but I don't know how to get one. I'm from China, and this is my first purchase on itch.io.

Explain the situation in detail and provide all the background information, including the game link, screenshot of your purchase, etc., indicating that you are asking for a refund because the developer deleted the game and therefore, you are paying for a game that no longer exists.
The postmaster@itch.io address is not a valid contact address for support issues. Please follow the instructions on https://itch.io/support if you need to contact the itch.io team about a purchase.

About the game, at the bottom of the page you have a button that allows you to report the game directly to the staff, if you think it's a scam, it's best to report it.
I also recommend that you put in the first post, the ID of the support ticket you received when requesting the refund, maybe the admin who sometimes visits the forum can see it and speed up the process.
