The short lines can sometimes be imidietly skiped but these are ussually stuff like onomatopoeias so they often are too short to give a good timing for skipping as they are over before you skip them, but most dialog can be either found in the character dialog transcript or replayed apart for monologues between the scenes. When it comes to interactions we were thinking about it but we did also realize that some stuff was to be picked up either acidity or after a dialog and coudn't find the time to add that as something that pops up only on some interactables but that would probably make the game more confusing to explain.
