I am going to be super honest and say that I didnt truly know what that was until you brought it up. Now that I do know I have something to keep in mind for alternate controls.Sorry you had trouble with the mechanics and lag its been pretty hit or miss so far Thanks for your input!

I’m used to it, so I don’t bother, but it’s a good practice I think. I know it’s default in the Godot engine to use physical input, I don’t know for others.
Also, if you ever consider making bigger games, controller support is always nice. Harder sometimes in game jam, but it allows disabled people to rebind more easily their controls as far as I know ^^
