Tested it, made no problems:
Could it be that you beat it on an earlier version, where it may have been still bugged?
Not impossible. I played a bit in the public versions, before I switched over. Can you add some fix code on saving?
Yup wrote it down in my otehr response, will be possible to get fixed on older saves as well : )
