Its 100 at the beginning and 200 once you gotten the upgrade.

Can't remember if I reported that Mouse TF restore failure.

It was a reward for the package delivery quest, so you already got it, That is the reason it says 200.

It's either in the weapon or armor shop, one of the two.

At this point I think it is every single hole. I will just cheack all at this point!
