That's more because they both perfectly know how to use their powers while Nana is struggling and learning to adapt, resulting often ina  more "imperfect form" of her shapeshifting.

And yes that is intentional at the moment.

Yup that "Can't Heal" Debuff is special, in the first beta it could be removed with that strategy but it was changed for balacing reasons.

Want me to list them? Could do that:
-On top of the frozen dungeon (Two Flames)
-On the frozen lake
-Near the Hidden Fields
-On a small isling that needed to be glided over
-Near the demon behind a bush, barely visble
-On the fields
-Behind the broken ruins

The next trail is south near a tree.

Well, there is ng+ and the fact that it is a secret tf, most people won't even know about it in their first playthrough to begin with. And there are always people that are insanely competent about reaching stuff early or winning impossible fights. I absolutely don't hurt to give those people the possibility if they want to try it. And no extra tf's (and also secret tf's) are never needed to access any tf's or progress trough the game. It obviously is still hard to do but you don't even need extra heat resistance if you have high max hp you could tank through, in the end it comes down to skill, knowledge and preparation.

Yes there is another scent trail, at the point where the road takes a turn.

Bad ending is one of the other two events I was refering two. But yes the bad ending is the main reason it stays there. So you can't miss it.

I see, that is intersting. I never heard reports of it or experince myself so I willl wait and see if other will report such a bug as well. These sort of things can sometimes be triggered not by the game but the computer it is played on. I heard that newer computers often have problems with older rpg maker games. So I sadly can't do anything about it for now until I have more reports to confirm the cause and fix it.

You remember correctly. The middle ones have the worst odds. The odds from all other machines still differ but not that much and the middle ones are way worse than any other. There is not "one"best machine but a few are slightly better than others.

I increased the dmg multiplyer by one level, it should now inflict more dmg. Healing rates can be affected by various stats like max hp down or healing effects down. As well as equipment and character stasts. That may be true but not everyone will buy the dojo upgrade. There aren't nearly enough flames to get every upgrade in only one playthrough without ng+ or cheating. But I do agree with you that it is rendering taht skill more useless.

That certainly is an intersting theory<3 I can confirm that they are indeed rare, so rare even, that people thought them to be just a fairy tale. I think something along those lines also is mentioned in game.

Yes, Xia uses a bow as her weapon. It currently isn't stated in game or artwork but she is using that one with her talons. I do want to add that information in some optional dialogue with her in the future. And Nana could do it in theory as well but isn't skilled enough.

I feel that this should be remarked upon then by other characters.

So you have an item that can't do what it claims to do? This is simply inconsistent. I think then it would be better to make Xia as unhealable as Nana, unless this is a reflection of her inexperience?

So I have 5 already, let's see in order of listing.

  • Check and Check
  • Check
  • Is that another name for the Snow field region? Likely check. I did find a place where I think a MF would be hidden.
  • The one close to the blue chest. Check.
  • Check? Wait, this would be Check number 6. Can't be right. Hidden Fields is likely wrong then.
  • The four fields close to the cabin? Can't find anything there.
  • Broken ruins with the Angel Gate? IIRC, I asked you already about that one. Definitely check.

Is then counter broken or am I just too dumb to find them. I think, I'll send you my save, then you can check that yourself and post pictures where the missing ones are, if they are there. https://ufile.io/e2c2d0tw

Ok, ng+ I accept that it reduces the amount of the work to get the prereqs done to get the required item (though I haven't checked what you can do buy exactly to help with this). But no amount of competence can help with needing to finish a lot of work (though it improves the chances certainly to succeed) in a normal game at least, outside the heat issue.

So no boost to the skill in case you have the upgrade? If no, then you could add the fire immunity to the upgrade. If triggered, Fire Immunity for X rounds. That makes the dojo upgrade into a permanent version of the skill with no downside, but you pay for it after all.

True good point, will note it down for the planned text revision in that area!

Could be misleading, you are right, will rename that debuff to something else to avoid confusion.

With hidden fields i meant the one near the npc where you get the sabertooth tf. I meant still in the frozen tundra at the south east part where the lake is frozen over, it is there in plain sight, maybe harder to spot because of colors. Yes in one of the fields is a flame, i think it was the one you need to burrow into. And yes, it was the one you asked about before, you should have the last one. Always could be the case. Sure i can take a look later at the save!

Ng+ can pretty much carry over all except levels and most tf's. And yeah it still would be difficult.

I will look into it, it certainly can't hurt to buff it. You're right! Thanks!
