How do you know which participants are newbies and which are veterans? and how do you encourage these two groups to join forces?
As I said, we'll ask them to fill a form and there we'll ask for seniority level. It can also ask for some kind of resume and be evaluated from there.
The senior person will be coached by me (I'm a senior in team development and project management) to lead and organize with the team.
