I have encountered two bugs.

[MILD SPOILER FOR STORY MODE]

Bug 1: The probe that warns you about the yellow wisps is causing my radar entity alert alarm the constantly beep.

Bug 2: Kerfus Omega is currently running a loop collecting the same reports over and over again.

1: You could try removing it from the ground. Get a hook, attach the obelisk it to the ATV, and try to drive away from it.
2: Are you at all manually controlling Kerfur or reloading the save? That can cause them to try and collect the same reports again.

Same, but he randomly stops moving at one place. "Fixing" him just makes him restart the process

If your reports are set to get one hash from Tango then it's a pathfinding issue, It cannot get to Tango and you will have to manually do the reports yourself
