Can you put people in your cell?
The Curse of Lust quest. You can catch Roushk by using reptile lure during this quest and take him home. To proceed quest you need however have him delivered to the temple.
Rhot is available to be caught the same way by using lure but only AFTER fullfiling this quest by corrupting the lizard tribe. Rhot later swear revenge for what you did and attack you. Then it's a fight with him and you can catch him OR if you want to have "bad end" you can submit or lose to him.
