How i unlock big worm?

Apparently, after 3 H scenes with the worm, there is a chance to get the big worm. (The more parasites you have, the better chance. Also it doesn't need to be consecutive with the scenes. It will also only appear when you choose to take off underwear when sleeping)

Get infected with a parasite worm from a dog, then go to sleep. first there will be a small worm, then a big one

  • Big Parasite Worm happens after 3 events with normal Parasite Worm, but at the same chance of the normal Parasite Worm

Mosquito is in the swamp area when exploring, and the egg fly is in the sewers.
The sewers are from exploring the swamp untill you find the sewers.

How do I get the Rumia scene? It says "peep around the shop" but I don't see the button for that. Unless it has something to do with the hole at the back, if it does how do I activate the scene?

Another question, it says 23 Unlockable Scenes In-game but when I counted it's only 22. Is that typo?

There are 23, but the last one is not re-callable currently. The last scene would probably be the Wharf Roach game over one, which does not unlock since the game does a load at the end or returns to title, I have an idea on how to fix this, but I’ve not yet prioritized it.
