"Not again", what do you mean not again?! I mean I... I gathered real quick what did she mean by "not again" lol
This was a fun story, I really liked the writing and jokes in this, some of the "what you are supposed to do" could have been clearer, but I quickly figured out that you're supposed to talk to the NPCs lot of times. The art was actually super good, super usage of the pastel colors and NPCs were all fun and nicely animated. I suppose my only real gripe is that I got stuck in the dialogues for way too often, since when the dialogue ends you don't need to press Z anymore, but if you do press Z you start the dialogue again, so I spend good while just desperately trying to get out of the dialogues. But I suppose after like 3rd time accidentally starting the dialogue again, it's my own fault at that point :P

Good work on this!

Thank you for playing! I'm so glad you enjoyed the humor and... yes... not again. XD I'm kinda planning on making the prequel in the future. Explaining what happened the first time she went down. It may have more killing than in this one. XP

Thank you for the compliments on the art and animation~ I worked really hard on it. XD

The f***ing dialogue... I cannot figure out how to buffer the last line of dialogue and thus stop it from automatically ending and allowing the player to accidentally restart the conversation. @_@ After the jam I'm planning on ripping the whole system apart and retrying. My main struggle was that the last line of dialogue immediately ends the "dialogue" part of the code when it finishes writing itself on the screen. That's where I need a buffer, and I can't quite figure out how to make it happen as there doesn't appear to be a "thing" I can grab onto there and have the game react to in the code. Nothing for the "if X is Y, then wait 2 second" kinds of statements.

Again, thank you so much for planning Pip~ You've been a gem.

Ugh I feel you so bad, for some reason dialogue systems are the hardest to get right (too slow, can't skip, text overlaps, text vanishes suddenly, etc. so many problems dialogue systems can have). So good luck out there! And glad to hear you got future plans for this, great going!
