Or are you talking about the new bad ending added that has nothing to do with the final dungeon? That one curretnly is defnitely missable, but will be fixed later.
You mentioned that the game has 4 endings: bad, neutral, good, and true. I can't apparently get the bad ending with my saves, so if you have one, I'd appreciate it if you uploaded it.
