I really like the concept of combining farm-sim with a wave-based defense game! I really struggled with the game though because the shovel hitbox seems a bit off. I had a hard time hitting ghosts without getting hit myself. Having a gun would alleviate that but it takes some time to reach the money necessary to do that. So a slightly more forgiving melee weapon or making one of the ranged weapons cheaper would probably help to ease people into the game more. Otherwise I think there is a lot of potential here and I like the visuals so nice job!

I am sorry you found it difficult to play with the shovel but I understand and agree that the hitbox to hit enemies could have used a bit of resizing.
Have you tried buying just potato seeds the first few days? You can find an easy example of a good strategy in the video trailer for the game, but yeah having a weaker long range weapon like a simple bow for example would have been much better, I had ideas for several new items and weapons but unfortunately didn't have time to develop them.
