Is it possible for you to run the traceroute command on your computer to our downloads server. Here are the directions:
To run traceroute on Windows:
- Open the command prompt:
- Go to Start > Run.
- Type cmd and press the Enter key.
- In the command prompt, type (or paste): tracert w3g3a5v6.ssl.hwcdn.net
- Press the Enter key. You may have to wait up to a minute or more for the test to complete
- Copy and paste, or take a screenshot of the results, including all of it, and send it back to us.
