Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately, the programmer I was working with on the game couldn’t accomplish anything within a week. He kept postponing tasks to the next day, and five hours before the end of the game jam, it became clear that he wouldn’t show any progress and didn’t have a finished game. As a result, I had to quickly create something for the game jam because I had long wanted to make a rhythm game. I’m primarily a game designer (although I used to develop games solo), and I had my own design document that the programmer was supposed to use to build the game, so I was able to assemble the game quickly. I also prepared the music (yes, it’s Suno).

In short, I made the game in three hours, managed to create the builds and the game page. If I had known from the start that the programmer I was collaborating with wouldn’t contribute, I would have done everything solo right away (and this can happen in game jams if you haven’t worked with someone before and don’t know them). But in the end, I liked the game, I’m already refining it, and I want to develop a full-fledged mobile game. Of course, it’s a pity that only I made the build, although other people had registered, but I liked the concept of the game jam itself—I love such game jams.

Don’t worry about the prizes; I participated in the game jam purely for fun, because I wanted to try making a rhythm game

For a game made in 3 hours, nothing bad (i will even say i liked the song), and maybe you should try being solo for a possible next jam - suit your game to your abilities and be free to create your game in more time.

Seeing one entry made me feel something about making other rhythm jam, but the first got no entries, this one Just got one, maybe is time to make something else, right? Although i would like to Join a Jam of this kind when i was starting.

As you made the only entry for my jam, i will let you decide: do you think i should make rhythm jam 3? For myself, i gave up from this jam, but i have a lot of fun in making/playing rhythm games, and i can see im not the only one. Also, If i make another rhythm jam, its time should be a single week (faster event, but time pressure) or should have more time (better games, but not usual for jams)? Feel proud. Is up to you choose
